Healthy Futures is a free, VicHealth-funded wellbeing program for young people with disability and their families across Brimbank.
• Inclusive sport and recreation activities
• Healthy food and nutrition experiences
• Social connection opportunities
• Co-design workshops, where young people help shape how the program is delivered
You can find out more about Healthy Futures on their website.
Our first co-design sessions are running in July (with participant compensation provided), and our first seasonal activity blocks will run around the September school holidays.
