At first, Wattle Tree Country Retreat focused on short stays. Now it has grown and changed its name to Wattle Tree Support Services. It offers many types of support, including:

- Medium-term accommodation – longer stays with extra help
- Supported independent living – helping people live on their own with support
- In-home supports – help in the person’s own home
