Spectrum 3 INC has moved into its own space and now offers more programs to support both neurodiverse people and seniors.

Our sessions focus on physical wellbeing, social connection, and building confidence. Classes are designed for people of all ages and abilities.

Our new facility is small, friendly, and inclusive — a place where everyone can feel welcome and comfortable.

Accessibility:

• The ground floor is fully wheelchair-accessible, with no steps to enter.
• Accessible parking is available right outside the building.

Facilities:

• There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet with a shower for anyone who may need it.

Changing Rooms:

• We don’t have changing rooms, as all our activities can be done in everyday clothing.

Security:

• Our space is located in a secure business park on Danaher, with gated access after hours to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
