This centre offers a range of accessible facilities and services to support people of all abilities. It has three aquatic wheelchairs with a weight limit of up to 224 kg, a portable hoist, and ramp access to all pools, including the 50 m pool, 25 m pool, learn to swim pool, and warm water rehabilitation pool. Crutch and cane holders are available at each pool ramp.
The centre also has level access throughout, with automatic sliding doors, a lift to the health club, accessible parking, ambulant bathrooms, and a Changing Places change room with MLAK access. Other features include a quiet room with sensory items, wide hallways for easy movement, colour-contrasting tiles and entry buttons to help people with low vision, and accessible fitness equipment in the health club.
Accessible programs include one-to-one and one-to-two learn to swim classes, personal training, and allied health services such as physiotherapy and exercise physiology. Lap lane availability is also provided to help visitors choose quieter times.
