There is an accessible entrance with a call button so staff can open the door, and you can use a ramp and lift to move around the building. Accessible toilets and change rooms are available, and there is a Changing Places facility for people who need more support. A pool hoist and aquatic wheelchair help people with limited mobility get into the pool. Companion Cards are accepted and carers can get free entry when they come with someone who needs help.
