Three people are outdoors on a rocky terrain, one is seated in an all-terrain wheelchair, while two others stand beside, providing assistance. In the background, a mountainous landscape stretches under a cloudy sky.

This area is called Gariwerd by Aboriginal people. It has lots of old and important rock art and shelters. You can visit Brambuk – The National Park & Cultural Centre to learn more about them.

There are easy walks for everyone, and special wheelchairs for rough trails.

The Grampians is great for hiking. You can climb Mount William, the tallest mountain there, or walk around Halls Gap. The view from The Pinnacle is beautiful, but the walk is hard. If you’re good at hiking, you can try overnight walks.

You can also relax by fishing, canoeing, or kayaking at the lakes and streams.
