The Joe Ciavola Velodrome, also called the State Cycling Centre, is a cycling venue in Thornbury, Melbourne.
It was built as a training centre for the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games. The indoor track is 250 metres long and is used by cyclists for training and racing.
