The Redwood Community Care Centre offers a range of services to support local people. We help people feel better, stay connected, and improve their health and wellbeing.
Our team can provide support and referrals in a friendly and relaxed way.
Many services are free or low cost. These include:
- Mental health support
- Help with housing
- Food parcels
- Support with family violence
- Support with drug or alcohol issues
- Social connection and community activities
- Referrals to other services
