The Ability Para Badminton Club, with support from WSBA, is running a Wheelchair Badminton League at Altona Badminton Centre on Saturday 19 September and Saturday 31 October 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

This free event is open to everyone, including people with disability and able-bodied players. It is a fun way to try wheelchair badminton, play against local wheelchair badminton players, and enjoy singles and doubles matches. A handicap system will be used to help keep games fair for all players.

Sports wheelchairs will be available to borrow, and you can come to one or both event days. Each day will finish with a prize presentation and a free BBQ at 1:00 pm.
