Pathways for Carers walk in Healesville

pathways walk

Please join us for the Pathways for Carers walk in Healesville on Wednesday 26 April, meeting at Healesville Living and Learning Centre.

Our Guest walker for April is Sandy Clinton from Ageless Grace

Enjoy some fun movements with Sandy to keep you warm and energised! We will enjoy a delicious morning tea sponsored by Beechworth Bakery and VMCH.

Our sponsor, VMCH Carer Support Services join us on the monthly Healesville walks. VMCH’s Carer Support Program is designed to support you with practical information and can offer a range of flexible respite and support options to suit your individual needs and the person you are caring for. This includes the Educational Workshops and Social/Wellbeing Events.

The Purpose of Pathway for Carers is to offer carers of people with a disability or a mental health issue, an opportunity to share walks with other carers and learn more about news, services and supports available to carers.

Please note the Pathways for Carers program complies with the current Department of Health COVID-19 guidelines.
