Walking Football 4 Health Victoria, in partnership with Hume City Council, is pleased to offer a Walking Football Program at the Craigieburn Indoor Sports Stadium. This program will run every Tuesday from 10:00–11:00am, commencing on Tuesday, 14 July.

Walking Football is a modified version of football (soccer) designed to be inclusive and accessible for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Cost:         Free

Key features include:

No running – Players must always have one foot on the ground.

Non-contact sport – Tackling and physical challenges are minimized to prevent injuries.

Modified rules – Smaller pitches, lower-intensity gameplay, and reduced ball heights make it safer and more accessible.

Team-based environment – Encourages communication, teamwork, and social interaction.
