Geelong Wheelchair Rugby gives people the opportunity to participate in wheelchair rugby.
Supported by Protect,ETU &the Victorian Government DSR provides opportunities for people to participate in wheelchair rugby in either an introduction and development program or to compete in the league. Also known as murderball, wheelchair rugby is the toughest sport on wheels. Whether you're just getting started or your a seasoned veteran of wheelchair sports, wheelchair rugby gives you the opportunity to get active, get rough and get physical. Wheelchair Rugby is an intense, high impact, fast paced game as players attempt to get the ball across the opposition’s goal line. Monthly come& try sessions are held at Leisuretime Centre, Geelong. Everyone is welcome to try whether you have a disability or not.
