FitSkills21 Hawthorn

This is a program is held in various locations for people with Down syndrome.
It helps you be active, get fit, and feel good.
The program is safe and welcoming.

You get a volunteer Partner.
They help you and cheer you on.

When:
Once a week for 1 hour.
After the session, everyone eats a meal together.
This is a time to make friends.

Exercises:
A physiotherapist plans the exercises.
They are easy to read and follow.
You get help with check-ins to see how you are going.

When it runs:
During school terms.
There are extra activities in school holidays.

Who runs it:
Down Syndrome Victoria (DSV)
NDIS-funded.

Mondays, 5.30pm. Includes workout and dinner.
