Calisthenics for children 5 to 12 years with disabilities. Class includes a fun combination of dance routines, singing, strength and coordination.
Our qualified coaches also have experience as support workers with children.
Classes are on Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 5:45pm at Upwey Community Hall.
