We know it can be hard to find classes that feel safe and welcoming for children with autism. Every child and family deserves a chance to join in and have fun.
Autism PlayGym is all about play, movement, and learning at your child’s own pace.
Each session is run by a qualified KinderGym coach, who sets up fun activities using gymnastics equipment.
Children can explore the space freely and try activities like balancing, rolling, jumping, swinging, hanging, and climbing.
To make the sessions autism-friendly, we offer:
- No music during the session
- A sensory calm-down tent
- Small classes (maximum of 10 children)
- All families attending have a child with autism, so parents understand and support each other
