This program offers participants a free entry to the gym and/or the indoor swimming pool.
There is a Gym Instructor on site that will be able to help the participants navigate the gym and they are able to swim in the pool.
Participants will need to bring a towel, a drink bottle, wear enclosed shoes and appropriate gym attire. If they are swimming will need to ensure that they bring swimmers, a towel and change of clothes.
