The Tri State Games is a sports event for people with disability from Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. The event runs over one week in Mildura. Participants can take part in different sports, meet new people and enjoy being active.
The week starts on Sunday with a welcome event and a community walk from the Mildura Riverfront to the Powerhouse.
On Monday, participants take part in Indoor Sports Day at the Mildura Sporting Precinct. Tuesday is Aquatics Day at Merbein Pool. Wednesday is a rest day with no planned activities.
Athletics Day is held on Thursday at the Aero Ovals in Mildura. On Friday, participants can join Team Sports Come and Try activities at the Mildura Sporting Precinct, Mildura Lawn Tennis Club, Mildura Bowls Club and Mildura Workers Bowls Club.
The Tri State Games is open to people of different ages and abilities. It is a chance to try new sports, spend time with others and enjoy being part of the event.
